Terms of Use

These Terms of Use govern your use of CellarCue, operated by Calibogue Worldwide Corporation. By creating an account or using CellarCue, you agree to these terms and Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement.

Adult use only

CellarCue concerns wine and is intended only for adults who are of legal drinking age where they live. CellarCue does not sell alcohol and does not encourage excessive or unlawful consumption.

The service

CellarCue helps you identify wines, organize a private cellar, record tasting information, and receive recommendations for bottles, restaurant wine lists, food menus, and store shelves. Identification, estimated value, drinking windows, and pairing guidance are informational estimates. Always verify important details with the bottle, producer, retailer, or restaurant.

Your account and content

You are responsible for safeguarding your account and for information and images you submit. You retain ownership of your content and grant CellarCue the limited permission needed to process, store, and display it to operate the service. Do not submit content you do not have the right to use.

Subscriptions

Optional CellarCue Plus subscriptions are billed through your Apple Account. Pricing, trial eligibility, renewal timing, cancellation, and refunds are governed by the App Store terms shown at purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled through your Apple subscription settings before renewal.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse CellarCue, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, submit unlawful material, or use automated methods to extract or overload the service. We may restrict access when reasonably necessary to protect users, the service, or legal obligations.

Availability and changes

We work to keep CellarCue reliable but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. Features may change as the service improves. We may suspend or discontinue parts of the service with reasonable notice when practical.

Disclaimers and liability

CellarCue is provided “as is” to the extent permitted by law. Recommendations are subjective and are not professional health, safety, investment, or appraisal advice. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Calibogue Worldwide Corporation is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

Ending your use

You may stop using CellarCue at any time and permanently delete your account from Profile. Account deletion does not automatically cancel an App Store subscription; subscriptions are managed separately through Apple.
