CellarCue is operated by Calibogue Worldwide Corporation. This policy explains what information CellarCue collects, why it is used, and your choices.

Information you provide

We store account details, cellar records, ratings, palate preferences, purchase history and prices, tasting notes, optional rack locations, and images you intentionally submit. Information is associated with your authenticated account.

Photos and analysis

Camera and photo access are used only when you choose to scan. Selected images and context may be sent to an AI provider to identify wines and generate recommendations. Bottle-label photos may be stored privately with your account. Unconfirmed menu and shelf images are not retained as cellar photos.

How information is used

We use information to authenticate your account, operate CellarCue, preserve your cellar, personalize recommendations, improve recognition quality, provide support, and protect the service. CellarCue does not sell personal information or use it for advertising tracking.

Storage and security

Authenticated access controls and private storage policies restrict cellar data and saved label images to their owner. We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards.

Your choices

You may export your cellar in the app. You may permanently delete your account from Profile, which removes your cellar, ratings, scans, profile, and backed-up label photos. Device settings control camera and photo permissions.

Children and alcohol

CellarCue concerns wine and is intended only for adults of legal drinking age in their location. It is not directed to children.
