How can we help?

For account access, scanning, cellar records, recommendations, billing, privacy, or deletion questions, email bendublin@gmail.com. Include your device model, iOS version, and a short description. Never send passwords or payment information.

Signing in

Apple and Google sign-in are the fastest options. Email sign-in and password recovery are also available. If an email link opens on the wrong device, request a new link on the iPhone where CellarCue is installed.

Photos and scans

CellarCue analyzes only images you choose. Photograph labels straight-on in even light. The exact label photo can remain with a saved wine even when a catalog image differs.

Managing your data

Open Profile to export your cellar or permanently delete your account. Account deletion cannot be undone.
